If for any reason our products don’t meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return policy designed to make the process simple and stress-free. This policy applies to all purchases made through mjhgya.com, and aligns with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery (as confirmed by carrier delivery confirmation);
  • Product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (including all tags, manuals, and accessories);
  • Product is not damaged, altered, or used (normal inspection for quality is permitted, but functional use or damage will disqualify the return);
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect products (sent in error by mjhgya) are exempt from the "unused" requirement—please contact us immediately upon receiving such items, and we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

2. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to start your return:
  1. Email service@mjhgya.com with your order number, full name, contact information, and reason for return. Please include photos if the item is defective or damaged.
  1. Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with a unique Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted or processed.
  1. Package the item securely (preferably in the original packaging) and clearly label the outside with your RA number.
  1. Ship the return package to our designated U.S. return address (PO Box not accepted, per carrier and platform requirements):

Please note: For non-defective returns, you are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable carrier (such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx) and retaining your shipping receipt—mjhgya is not liable for lost or misdelivered return packages.

3. Refund Processing & Exact Payout Timelines
Once we receive and inspect your returned package (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our return address), we will initiate your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times vary by payment type, with exact estimated to payout timelines below:
  • PayPal Balance: Refund credited to your PayPal balance within 1 business day of processing;
  • Debit Card / Bank Account: Refund appears in your account within 3-5 business days of processing (may take up to 7 days for some banks);
  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover): Refund processed within 1-2 billing cycles (5-14 business days for most issuers, up to 30 days for some credit card companies) – this timeline is determined by your card issuer’s processing policies;
  • Shopify Payments / Apple Pay / Google Pay: Refund credited within 3-7 business days of processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please note that weekends and U.S. holidays do not count as business days, and slight delays may occur during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events). No restocking fees will be deducted from your refund—you will receive 100% of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error).

4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model (where applicable), please initiate a return request as outlined above and note your desired exchange in the email. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item on our website. We do not offer direct exchanges, but we strive to process refunds quickly to facilitate your new purchase.

5. Damaged or Lost Returns
mjhgya is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed by the carrier. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items and retaining your tracking number to monitor delivery. If your return package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim—our team can provide documentation to support your claim upon request.

6. Warranty Information
In addition to our return policy, all mjhgya kitchen tools come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty covers issues such as broken handles, faulty nonstick coatings, or structural defects that affect functionality. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or damage from accidents.
To claim warranty service, contact service@mjhgya.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and a detailed description of the issue. We will evaluate your claim and provide a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
